A series of artworks that repurpose the movement of light as the basis for sculpture.

Lighting objects inspired by a cloud diffusing the setting sunlight. Designed using GLSL shader code, Python, and Rhino+Grasshopper

A timepiece and lighting object. A light source orbits around a circular clock face, casting a ray of light towards a mirror at it’s center. The incident ray is the hour hand and the reflected ray is the minute hand.

A web-based design software, learning tool, and series of tectonic artworks. The design software is used to design and fabricate physical art objects based on the concept of reticulation.

A conceptual publisher that produces reading material, physical representations of literature. Reading material is imbued with the narrative structures in the text and can be understood as cognitive artwork and a tool for remembrance.

An endeavour in sound and performance that joins saxophone with lush electronics, in collaboration with a rotating ensemble of visual artists, musicians, and friends.

Web-based design tools used to produce and customize Compass’ brand patterns. The patterns can be exported and used in digital and print media.

A custom-built design customizer and e-commerce shop for designing and ordering Compass real estate signs. The shop integrates with a large-scale manufacturer to fulfill orders nation-wide.

A workshop for Compass designers on procedural and parametric design in software and code. Topics included procedural workflows in AE & C4D, fundamental programming concepts, math for designers, and interactive experiments.

A no-code software extension built into Adobe Illustrator that enables designers to create customizable media templates for the web.

A short documentary on post-Communist life and Communist-era architecture in Czech. Czech citizens must reconcile the effects of a previous way of life under Communism with the new modes of living in a Capitalist republic.
